I made a deal with a Congress MP R C Vikal to put up my question in house..in return he asked me to make several other intelligent questions to ask so that he comes in notice of Rajiv..agreed !
He sure came in the notice of Rajiv..but instead of reply of question abour corrupt Group Captain Baljit Kumar Kapur..he chose son of the MP for a free foreign trip with a daily go'tion..
