In any honest set up of the size of HAL..a new plane cpuld have been developed..right from the scratch..before 1978..it takes just 3-4 years of good work to make a next generation plane..at least at that time this was the thumb rule.
Shame aa O ye Harram J..the Republic of India who you worship is today being cheated of 42,000 crores for new planes because my thesis was ignored..and I was kicked out..
