S complained of collosal corruptions of HAL Lucknow to the then Corporate Chairman Air Commodore Kurupad at Bangalore..with one copy direct to the HAL GM, Group Captain Baljit Kumar Kapur who was also the gang leader of the corrupts !
Shame aa O ye Harram J..those observations of S..almost like a small theses..are even today valid..rather more valid..how ?
